Poor people are always so focused on their need; they are not focused on future possibilities.

Let me tell you this, you can have a million dollars in your account, but you are still poor. Poverty is not measured by your bank account. It is measured by where your treasure is. It is defined by the mindset you have toward money.

Jesus calls unto his disciples and saith unto them. . . One of the reasons why many poor people are poor is because they are not teachable, which is why I say you cannot disciple the poor. They do not make good discipleship material. You may say, “Bishop that’s unfair for you to say that about the poor people of the world.”  I never said that it was fair it’s just true.

The poor cannot be good disciples, particularly as it concerns wealth and freedom because poor people are always so focused on their need; they are not focused on future possibilities.  They are always focused on the present, getting their immediate needs met, that they do not have time to implement generational thinking. God’s entire kingdom system and wealth system is all about generations.  Wealth is transferred.  Wealth is not mistakenly lost.  You may loose money from time to time through speculative investments or through mere ignorance. But wealth is rarely loss. Wealth takes time in order to establish, often hundreds of years.  So that type of investment is usually guarded very well.

Are you poor?

The law of the harvest is the law of respect. You cannot get a harvest from anything that you do not respect. You must find someone important and worthy of protection and pursuit. Your mentor is supposed to be worthy of protection and pursuit. You always protect the character of your mentor and always pursue your mentor.

Money is important because it solves problems. If you do not think money is important, do without it and then tell me what you have. Money answereth all things. (Ecclesiastes 10:19), right? Do you have answers? If you treat someone wrong they will move away from you. When you disrespect money your ability to attract it will vanish.

Can you think of something or someone you are not genuinely respecting?

In order to be transformed, my mind must be renewed.  You and I both enjoy pleasures. There is nothing wrong with that. It’s how we were created. If we were not supposed to enjoy these pleasures, God would not have designed our minds to recognize pleasure. God experiences pleasure too. He is pleased with our faith and obedience. Pleasure becomes wrong and even sinful in our lives when we forget to please God first.

If you give God pleasure then all of your pleasures will be taken care of, guaranteed. You ask, “How does God get pleasure out of my life?”  If I live holy, will that give God pleasure?  If you live holy that will give you pleasure.  A separated consecrated lifestyle benefits you, not God.  God is already holy. Your holiness doesn’t affect him one-way or the other. He is holy regardless of whether or not you jump on the holy bandwagon. Holiness is a benefit to you, a safety mechanism, and a way of being positively identified. However, what gives God pleasure is your prosperity.

Let them shout for joy and be glad that favored my righteous cause. Ye, let them say continually, let the Lord be magnified, which have pleasure in the prosperity of his servants. It’s really simple; when you are prosperous the Lord has pleasure. When you are not prosperous, he does not have any pleasure. I want to ask this question. “Did you give God pleasure so far this year?”  You thought you were giving him pleasure because you were at the altar saying, “Thank you, Jesus”.

He does not have pleasure in that alone. God has pleasure when you can take creative ideas and begin to prosper in it. God has pleasure when you are able to flip money. If you cannot flip money, you are not a faithful servant. If you cannot turn money, flip money, make money, you are not exemplifying the qualities of our creative God.  You may be faithful to coming to work and loyal to the job. But if you cannot create profit, then you are unfaithful in God’s eyes. In fact, He calls you, a wicked servant, because you are unproductive.

Challenge: Identify any unproductive areas in your life right now.

When you settle, you lack faith. When you have no faith, it’s a sin against God.

So, if there is a power to get wealth, you cannot be a giver until you get the power to get. You must have the power to get, in consciousness, before you can give in your reality. Let’s look at the law of being rich. Life is development. The purpose of nature is for the advancement and the unfolding of life. Every man should have all that can contribute to the power, to the elegance, to the beauty, to the richness of life. To be content with less is sinful.

Any time you are learning to live without, you have missed the mark. To be content with less is sinful. If I am going to be content without having, then I am literally living and dwelling in sin, because it is God’s will, or the will of the Father, for me to live in abundance. It is the will of the Father for me to have abundance, and to be abundant. Anything outside of His will misses the intended mark for His creation.

No man can rise to his greatest possible height and talent, or soul development, unless she or she has plenty of money.

What lies about settling for something less have you prescribed to in the past?

God says, “You cannot serve God and mammon.” He put mammon on the same level as himself. He called it a master and says you cannot serve two masters. Just think about that for a minute.  Why would God call money a master, unless money was himself? Worshipping or having money, apart from God, is twisted, doing God upside-down. Remember this, you cannot worship God and mammon, but you must worship God with

mammon. You are probably thinking, “Money is evil!” So many people have been falsely taught that.And when you have been given wrong information throughout the course of your entire life, it takes a whole lot of deprogramming and inner cleansing to be able to receive new workable information. Let’s face it, if mammon were evil, God would never have told you to make friends with it. He would never have told you to have money. The real deal is that God just wants you to put money in its proper perspective.  He wants you put the power in perspective.
