But what do we say and where do we start? Learning the content of the Gospel and setting the context in which we communicate it allows us sharing to be more effective. Each of us search for significance and love. The Bible teaches we are not out here by chance. Life has far more meaning that the survival of the fittest.
Part of telling people what Christ has done for them it is means telling them that we are sinners. Why stress the death of Christ? Because without the death of Christ there would be no forgiveness of sins. In order to pay for man’s sin, Christ had to be both God and man. There is an additional element to the goods news, Christ who dies on our behalf is alive. We know that Jesus is God that we are a sinner that He died in payment for our sins and the we accept His payment for our sins.
