For, “Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16
A believer is aware of his true identity in the Lord. He is aware that he can operate with Christ’s mind. A believer can see the world the way Jesus Christ sees the world. He can see lack the way Jesus sees lack — the Father provides. He can see sickness the way Jesus sees sickness — God heals. He can also see offense the way Jesus sees offense — he forgives.
Unfortunately, even if we already have the Christ Mind, we tend to operate with the Conditioned Mind — the mind of the flesh. It is to our detriment to choose to be led by the flesh, rather than the spirit. If you believe in the salvation that the Lord Jesus Christ has given you and the power of the Holy Spirit working in your life, then go ahead and believe the mind of Christ is in you!

Take out a piece of paper and do this exercise for yourself. Write an obituary for the mind of the flesh — your conditioned mind. Thank this mind for having served its purpose. Finally, welcome the new mind that will replace the mind of the flesh.
