Many people in the world do not know what it is exactly that they are passionate about, or what they are strongly drawn towards. When you feel lost and confused about what your vocation really is, do not worry. Know that if you guide yourself in a noble direction, your vocation will find you. As Pablo Picasso once said “Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working.” You do not need to define your calling right away; you just need to move closely towards what you believe in. As you go through your journey, make it a point to share your learnings to other people. Rather than overloading yourself with too much stress and pressure, be transparent with other people on what is going on. At the same time you can help other people who are going through the same motions as you are. Reach out to other people and open the floor for collaborative problem solving. When you express your problems to like-minded individuals you can easily learn from each other.

This way of doing things also invites God and the Universe to play a role in your development. Take it easy and do not take the entire burden on yourself. When you allow others to help you achieve or discover your vocation, you are allowing them to contribute to your story. In the process they may also be inspired to accept a higher calling themselves. Good actions are contagious. The more you share with people your plan of following a vocation, the more people will be curious about following their own calling.
