Terms of Agreement and Code of Conduct at Prophecology
Whether you are a frequent participant in Prophecology or attending for the first time, this is an exciting opportunity to be amongst the Company of Prophets to witness first-hand what God is saying and will be doing in the earth. For your safety and to maximize your experience during this conference, we have established some important ground rules and guidelines to ensure you get the most benefit and enjoyment from this experience. Adhering to the below-listed guidelines will not only enhance your enjoyment of the conference, but also ensure the safety of all participants.
- Book of the Month (BOM) payments are non-refundable, non-transferable.
- BOM final payment is due no later than Thursday, May 31, 2018.

- BOM subscribers’ hotel reservations for Friday-Sunday nights, July 6-July8, 2018, respectively, will be made by Zoe Ministries. Hotel check-out is by NOON, Monday, July 9, 2018.
- Each person assigned to a room must present a valid credit card upon check-in for their personal incidentals. NOTE: If person stays beyond check-out time on Monday, July 9, 2018, the regular room rate will be charged to person’s personal credit card, not to Zoe Ministries.
- Hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy (two people to a room) with another BOM subscriber, unless subscriber elects to pay the single supplement rate of $600 or $750 (amount based on date of BOM enrollment), which is due no later than Thursday, May 31, 2018.
- Payment of the applicable single supplement does not guarantee single occupancy of a double room (room with two beds).
- Each person assigned to the room is responsible for their own incidental expenses, which must be paid in full to the hotel upon checkout.
- Breakfast is included for each BOM participant on Saturday-Monday mornings, July 7- July 9, 2018, respectively.

- Double occupancy room accommodates only the two people assigned to the room. No additional persons are permitted access to the assigned room.
- Unless a BOM subscriber selects a specific BOM subscriber as a roommate, Zoe Ministries will make its best efforts to pair roommates. Any change in rooming assignments can only be granted through Zoe Ministries.
- If BOM participant is bringing a non-P.O.M.E. guest to experience the conference, BOM participant must pay the full $3000 conference fee for the guest by Thursday, May 31, 2018. Guest can share sleeping room with BOM participant ONLY if BOM participant has paid the applicable single room supplement by Thursday, May 31, 2018.
- Persons assigned to a double-occupancy room must treat one another with dignity and respect.
- All conference participants agree to display appropriate behavior, which reflects favorably on the participant, Jesus Christ and the Prophetic Order of Mar Elijah (P.O.M.E.) at all times.
- The Hilton Inn-Times Square is a “smoke-free” hotel. For safety reasons, smoking is not allowed in the sleeping rooms, regardless of accommodation type. (The Hilton Inn-Times Square does NOT permit smoking in the sleeping rooms. If participant chooses to smoke in guest room, the participant, not Zoe Ministries, is responsible for paying the cleaning penalty fee imposed by the hotel, which is generally $250 or more.)
- Although smoking is allowed only in the hotel’s designated smoking areas, Zoe Ministries (Master Prophet) strongly discourages smoking at anytime during the conference.
- Eating, except for specific, pre-packaged snack items, is not permitted in the hotel lobby and public areas.
- For safety reasons, in-room (guest room or public area) meal preparation or cooking of meals using crock pots, hot plates and the like are not allowed in the hotel, regardless of accommodation type. Please do NOT bring the aforementioned items to the conference. Rather, upon check-in the participant can request from the front desk personnel that a microwave oven and/or a refrigerator be placed in the participant’s guest room at the participant’s expense.
- The hotel does not permit sleeping in the public areas, including but not limited to the lobby areas.
- Persons assigned to the room will be financially responsible for damage(s) incurred to the assigned room during the stay.
- Person(s) causing damage to the hotel’s public area(s) will be financially responsible for such.
- Zoe Ministries assumes no responsibility for any personal injury, damage or loss of property, accidents, or inconvenience or irregularity, which may be occasioned by reason of any matter beyond our exclusive control.
